    As part of our group activity, we decided to create this forum to share and discuss the topic of language functions.

    First, we carried out research about the different functions of language. We used a video from our course material to select eight main language functions. Then, we created a digital collage using Canva, where we included all eight functions with images, icons, and text to represent them.
    After completing the collage, we uploaded it here in the forum. Each member of the group chose some of the functions to focus on. We wrote short comments about the collage, about the functions we worked with, and also answered comments from others. Even if we didn’t have debates, everyone participated by sharing ideas and reacting to the posts.
    This space helped us interact in a way similar to social media, and later we will also make a video analysis to reflect on the language functions used during the activity. We hope you enjoy reading this!
